Pro Tools 8 Previewed at AES

Digidesign has officially announced Pro Tools 8! Tons of new features including a "lite" version of the Eleven amp simulation plug-in, new MIDI functionality, and a some pretty cool sounding free virtual instruments. I'll have a full review up here as soon as I get my hands on a copy.

The big question - will there be Automatic Delay Compensation? I hope so...

King Dubby - Updated for Leopard/Intel

Lowcoders & Bitplant have released a beta version for Leopard/Intel Mac users of my all-time favorite free Audio Unit plug-in - the King Dubby Tape Delay.

Currently it's still available only as an Audio Unit but according to the site a VST version is on the way!
